Fragrance
With new launches, and limited-edition seasonal scents coming and going, it is impossible to say exactly how many different fragrances we have at any one given time. What we can say with some certainty is that the number is always close to 100. Oriental scents, green scents, citrus scents, scents that smell of flowers, we have them all, in every strength from parfum (the most potent concentration) to the lightest eau de cologne.
The influence of celebrity culture can be found in girly fragrances like Beyoncé and Sarah Jessica Parker, while the fashion contingent is represented by Marc Jacobs, Jean Paul Gaultier, Narciso Rodriguez (exclusive in Dunedin to Arthur Barnett) and other prominent designers. In addition to the latest releases, we have a good selection of classic fragrances, much-loved favourites from the golden age of perfumery which have withstood the test of time. Launched in 1921, Chanel No 5 is the oldest, followed by Guerlain’s Shalimar which came out in 1925.
If you are unable to find the fragrance you are looking for – especially if it is an older one – ask about its availability and our knowledgeable consultants will order it for you if possible.
Scented Extras
Complementary bath products and body creams are the ultimate indulgence, enabling you to layer on your favourite fragrance from top to toe. If you know what perfume the recipient wears, these products also make luxurious and welcome gifts.
