Returns Policy

Arthur Barnett strives to provide excellent goods and services to you.

If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase simply contact us or return the goods with your receipt to our store within seven days of purchase. You can choose to exchange them on the spot or receive a voucher to use later.

Please choose carefully as we will not refund your goods simply because you change your mind. In the unlikely event that the goods are faulty we will be happy to repair or refund the items concerned.

At all times be assured that in addition to these options, your rights under the Consumer Guarantee Act will also be honoured.
